Hassle-Free Returns, Transparent Refunds

At CLIMADI REFRIGERANT SRL, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every product you receive meets the highest standards of quality and safety. However, we understand that sometimes a return or refund may be necessary. This policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness, giving you confidence and peace of mind in every purchase you make with us.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. All returned products must be accompanied by the purchase invoice or proof of order. Items showing signs of tampering, improper storage, or damage caused by mishandling are not eligible. Our team will carefully inspect each return request to ensure it complies with these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to strict safety, regulatory, and environmental guidelines, certain refrigerants cannot be returned once shipped or delivered. As refrigerants are classified under hazardous goods by ADR/IATA/IMDG regulations, once containers have left our facility, we cannot accept them back for restocking. This ensures compliance with environmental standards and prevents potential risks to health, safety, and the environment.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives in damaged, leaking, or defective condition, please notify our support team within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. We may request photos or documentation to assess the issue before providing a resolution. Depending on the case, we will either replace the product at no extra cost or issue a full refund. Our commitment is to resolve such issues quickly to minimize disruption to your business.

4. Incorrect Shipments

In the rare event that an incorrect product is shipped, we take full responsibility. Customers should contact us immediately with their order details, and we will arrange for the incorrect product to be collected. The correct product will be dispatched promptly at no additional cost to you. All shipping and handling fees for incorrect orders are fully covered by CLIMADI REFRIGERANT SRL.

5. Return Procedure

To start a return process, please reach out to our customer service team via email or phone with your order number, invoice, and reason for return. Once verified, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which must be included with the returned package. Returns without proper authorization cannot be accepted. This process ensures transparency and proper handling of all return requests.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

Unless the return is due to our error (incorrect, defective, or damaged shipment), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return otherwise. Any return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is directly related to a company error.

7. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued only after the returned products have been inspected and approved by our team. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method. Customers will be notified once the refund is issued. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

8. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted. This applies if returned items are not in their original condition, are missing components, or show signs of use. The amount deducted will reflect the loss in value and will be communicated clearly to the customer before finalizing the refund. Our goal is to maintain fairness for both our customers and our business.

9. Exchange Policy

We currently do not provide direct product exchanges. Customers wishing to replace a product must follow the return process (if eligible) and place a new order. This system helps us maintain strict inventory controls and ensures that all products delivered remain safe, compliant, and properly certified.

10. Cylinder Deposit Refunds

If your purchase includes returnable refrigerant cylinders, the deposit paid will be refunded once the empty cylinders are returned to our facility. Cylinders must be in good condition and free from damage to qualify for a full refund. Deposit refunds are processed in the same way as product refunds and will follow the same 7–10 business day timeline.

11. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, we recommend checking with your bank or credit card provider as processing delays may occur. If the refund is still missing after verification, please contact our customer service team for further investigation. We are committed to resolving such cases quickly and efficiently.
