1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods

We partner with trusted logistics and freight carriers specializing in the safe handling of refrigerants. Depending on your location and urgency, we offer standard, express, and freight delivery options.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. Standard deliveries typically take 3–7 business days within the EU and 7–14 business days for international shipments.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Due to international regulations on refrigerants, we only ship to locations where import and use of refrigerants are legally permitted. Some products may be restricted to certified professionals only.

5. International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping; however, customers are responsible for customs clearance, duties, and taxes. CLIMADI REFRIGERANT SRL is not liable for delays caused by customs inspections.

6. Packaging Standards

All refrigerants are packed in compliance with ADR/IATA/IMDG transport regulations to ensure safe handling. Cylinders and containers are securely sealed and labeled according to safety standards.

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, volume, destination, and delivery method. Final costs will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

8. Tracking Orders

Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email. This allows real-time monitoring of shipments until delivery is complete.

9. Delivery Confirmation

A signature upon delivery is required for all refrigerant shipments to ensure safe and authorized receipt. Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival.

10. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours. We will work with our carriers to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

11. Return of Cylinders

In line with environmental and regulatory guidelines, empty cylinders must be returned to CLIMADI REFRIGERANT SRL or disposed of through certified channels. Instructions will be provided with each shipment.
