1. Delivery Areas
- We deliver to locations throughout Romania.
- For deliveries outside Romania or cross‑border shipments, separate arrangements and fees may apply.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1‑3 business days after receipt of payment and order confirmation.
- If an item is out of stock or requires special arrangements, we will contact you with any delays.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
- Deliveries are made via trusted courier services or by our own logistics if applicable.
- Depending on the size or type of equipment (e.g. large refrigeration units), shipments may require special handling or freight transport.
4. Delivery Charges
- Shipping cost depends on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
- For large or bulky items, extra charges such as freight‑handling, special packaging, or palletizing may apply.
- All charges will be displayed at checkout or quoted before shipping.
5. Delivery Timeframes
- Standard deliveries: 2‑7 business days within Romania once order is shipped.
- Remote or less accessible areas may take longer.
- For large / custom / special‑order items, delivery times will vary and will be confirmed in writing.
6. Inspection & Receipt
- Please inspect goods upon delivery.
- If there is visible damage, missing items, or defects, note it on the delivery receipt and inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
- We may ask you to send photos/documentation of any damage to process claims.
7. Risk & Ownership
- Risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the goods are delivered to the address you specified, or at the time when you or someone you authorized takes physical possession.
- Ownership / legal title remains with us until we have received full payment for the goods.
8. Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are governed by our Returns Policy (if you have one) or by the applicable laws of Romania, especially for consumer rights.
- For defective or incorrect items, we will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund.
